3. Work Procedure (Procedure)
Change Management
After approval, the Change manager announces it to the relevant parties.
If there are any improvements needed in the Standard change review, the Change manager follows up and reports in the CAB Meeting every week.
Implement the change.
Once the change is approved, the Change manager approves the change ticket through iDesk to change the status.
When the job is completed, the Implementer keeps a hard copy of the Method of Procedure (MOP) and stores the soft file as an attachment in the corresponding change ticket.
